2024: Three D Metals’ Year of Community Impact

Three D Metals community engagement

2024 was a year filled with impactful community initiatives for Three D Metals. From supporting students to championing sustainability and leadership, our team showed unwavering dedication to the communities we serve. Here’s a look back at the year’s highlights.

Lending a Hand at “Stuff the Bus” Medina

One of our standout initiatives this year was our participation in the “Stuff the Bus” Medina event. By donating supplies and volunteering our time, we supported local students to ensure they started the school year prepared. Read more here.

Empowering Women in Leadership

Our commitment to diversity and inclusion was front and center this year. Three D Metals proudly supports women in the workforce, and in 2024, we celebrated key milestones, including our involvement with the AWMI Cleveland and Alabama Chapters. These initiatives not only honor our co-founder, Donna Dickens, but also inspire the next generation of leaders.

Recycling Initiatives That Matter

Sustainability is at the heart of our operations. In addition to recycling metals, we extended our efforts by encouraging employees to recycle aluminum cans and plastic water bottles. Together, we took small but impactful steps toward reducing waste.

Safety as a Core Value

Workplace safety was another significant focus. Monthly safety training on PPE, machine guarding, and other topics ensured our team members stayed informed and protected. Additionally, several employees earned certifications in First Aid, CPR, and AED, reinforcing our commitment to accident prevention and emergency preparedness.

Connecting with Our Communities

From volunteering for food drives to supporting industry events, 2024 was filled with opportunities to give back. Through these initiatives, we strengthened our relationships and demonstrated the core values that make Three D Metals a trusted community partner.

Looking back on 2024, it’s clear that these efforts aren’t just about giving back — they’re about building stronger communities, empowering individuals, and fostering a culture of responsibility.
