Copper Coil
Busway manufacturers commonly source flat copper coil as the raw strip stock for roll forming — a continuous process where the coil is fed through a series of rollers that progressively shape it into the conductor bar profiles used inside busway housings. This approach lets fabricators run long, consistent lengths of conductor bar efficiently, without starting from pre-cut stock.
